| Youth for Earth Care 2009 : |
Since the past two years ALERT took the initiative to create awareness on GLOBAL WARMING/CLIMATE CHANGE, amongst several organisations, youth from colleges and in the corporates. In January 2008, ALERT along with academic institutes & NGOs organised “Youth for Earth Care”, during which ALERT reached out to more than 1 lac youth.
This year's theme of the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) being 'Unite to Combat Climate Change', ALERT has decided to initiate the 'Youth for Earth Care’ program by ‘Uniting Green Communities'. |
